Telehealth Services

All of our clinicians are board-certified in telemental health to bring Verdant Hope’s compassion and quality right to your home.

How Does Telehealth Work at Verdant Hope?

  • Initial Scheduling – You’ll schedule your appointment by calling our office or booking online.

  • Consent Forms & Paperwork – Before your first session, you’ll be asked to review and complete consent forms and any necessary intake paperwork electronically.

  • Confirmation & Secure Link – Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our electronic medical record system, Ensora. This email will include a secure, HIPAA-compliant link to join your telehealth session.

  • Technology Check – We recommend testing your internet connection, webcam, and audio ahead of time. Use a quiet, private space with minimal distractions.

  • Joining the Session – At your appointment time, click the Ensora link provided and wait for your therapist to start the session.

  • Therapy Session – Your session will proceed just like an in-person appointment, but through secure video conferencing.

  • Payment & Billing – After your session, payment or insurance billing will be processed as usual.

  • Rescheduling or Follow-Up – Any rescheduling or follow-up care will be coordinated directly with your therapist or our office staff.

Get the Most Out of Your Telehealth Sessions

For our telehealth services to be most effective, clients should agree to the following to maintain safety and the most quality experience possible:

  • Avoid using mind-altering substances prior to the appointment.

  • Dress appropriately during telehealth appointments, just as a client would when attending an appointment at the practitioner’s office.

  • Be in an area that is safe and provides privacy and confidentiality.

  • Please do not have anyone else in the room unless it has first been discussed and agreed upon with the practitioner.

  • Do not conduct other activities during an appointment, such as driving a vehicle, shopping, or receiving other services.

  • Do not have weapons during your appointment.

  • Do not record sessions without first obtaining the practitioner’s approval.

  • Be located within the state where the practitioner is licensed. If you're in another state, please inform the practitioner to confirm reciprocity for providing services within that state.
