If you are paying out of pocket, payment is due at the time of your session. If you’re using insurance, the amount you pay will depend on your plan and may include a copay, deductible, or other fees.
It’s always a good idea to verify your benefits with your insurance company, and our Practice Coordinator is happy to help clarify any questions about your specific coverage.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to help us keep our schedule open for all clients. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, a fee of half the private-pay rate will apply ($125 for Dr. Butler, $70 for provisionally licensed clinicians). We understand that life happens, and this policy helps us balance flexibility with fairness for everyone.
