This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site or otherwise interact with us online. This Policy applies only to our online activities and does not replace any separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that governs our handling of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) in a clinical context.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Site.
